| Upon arrival to our office, you will be greated by a member of our staff. If you have not completed the required forms prior to coming to our office, you will be asked to complete them. You may be seated in our comfortable waiting area. |

| If you have a young child, we have provided a child's area in our sitting room so that they may quietly play while waiting. |
|
After the forms have been completed, it may take five to ten minutes before you are invited into an internal office. You will see how busy our office can be.

Following a staff member, you will be directed into one of the available rooms, where your vital signs and urine will be checked before the doctor sees you.

| Your labs are run and reviewed in our office. |
|
| If it is necessary for you to have any type of procedure, you will be invited into our procedure room. |
|
You may be asked to have an ultrasound (as shown above) or a thermotherapy treatment using the equipment shown below.
