Raymond Lance, MD – Group President

Education & Training
Dr. Raymond Lance earned his medical degree from the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland, after completing his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. He went on to complete an internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and a urology residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.
He then completed a fellowship in urologic oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
Certifications & Accomplishments
Dr. Lance is board-certified by the American Board of Urology. His career has focused on molecular biology biomarkers and the treatment of urologic cancers, and he continues to contribute to physician training and clinical education.
Throughout his career, Dr. Lance has combined his surgical expertise with a dedication to research and education. He has authored more than 70 peer-reviewed publications and several textbook chapters in urologic oncology.
He is recognized for his compassionate, patient-centered approach and dedication to improving outcomes through research and innovation.
