Financial Policy

Spokane Urology participates in Medicare, Medicaid, and many commercial insurance programs. If we participate in your insurance plan, you are responsible for all copays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts at the time of service, as well as for any services not covered by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card(s) to every visit.

If Spokane Urology does not participate in your insurance plan, we will do our best to assist with the filing process; however, you will be responsible for all charges not paid by your insurance. A $200 deposit may be required at your first visit and will be applied toward any charges from that visit.

If you do not have insurance, payment in full may be required at the time of service, or other arrangements must be made in advance with our billing staff.

Please understand that you are financially responsible for all charges incurred during your appointments unless covered and paid by your insurance provider as outlined above. Accounts with unpaid balances may be referred to a collection agency, and reasonable collection fees may apply.
