About McDonald

Madison was born and raised on a farm in rural Iowa. After receiving her undergraduate at the University of Iowa she moved to western Washington. While working in radiology, she discovered that she wanted to offer her patients more than she was able to do in her role as a radiologic technologist and she made the decision to become a Physician Assistant. 

She attended the University of Washington's Physician Assistant education program and received her Master's in Clinical Health Services in August 2019. She worked for a short time in pain and addiction before joining the team at Spokane Urology. She is passionate about helping patient achieve a better quality of life. An active member in the American Urologic Association, the Western Section, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants she is always looking to stay educated and up to date with current medical practices.

When not at work she has a variety of hobbies including backpacking, kayaking, and gardening. She is an avid reader and is always interested in discussing her latest read.
